Located in the heart of Historic Brewers Hill, this beautiful property underwent a full roof and gutter replacement by Community Roofing & Restoration. As with all projects in this neighborhood, special care was taken to meet the guidelines set by the Milwaukee Historic Preservation Society.

We used CertainTeed NorthGate ClimateFlex shingles, designed for superior performance in harsh Midwest weather, while maintaining the historic aesthetic of the home. The project also included custom 6” bronze gutters to complement the property’s classic architecture.
