Jesus Orosco, center, has assembled an impressive team of roofers with enormous production powers for complete roof tear offs, re-decking and installation of high-quality asphalt shingles, cedar shingles and shakes, and composite shingles like the DaVinci Roofscape of polymer synthetic slates of this featured River Hills project.
This Riverhills home’s roof system involved removing several tons of concrete tiles, installing felt, ice and water shield, chimney and vent flashings along with the DaVinci simulated slate shingles.
Jesus, and all of Community’s teams have an eye for precision work required for high-performance chimney flashings, ice and water shield, roof vents, valleys, copper as well as aluminum gutters and downspouts. Below is a great example of custom copper conductor heads, as fabricated by Ernie Estes.
Architectural carpentry and restoration on this and other projects, is the province of Russ Breitenbach, proud of, as we are, restoring this curved dormer.
Here is Russ at a featured a Lake Drive project, which included renewing a number of windows on this historic home.
