The experience with CRR started 8-months ago when (3) of our Condo Board Members met Josh at our 10-building condo property. In September 2022 our Board was seeking multiple contractors professional opinions on the condition of the roofs on our 20-year old buildings. We didn't ask for prices, we asked for honest statements of condition & an action plan. Josh and CRR did exactly that by providing us photos and reasons for the most immediate roofing replacements. Josh followed up timely and fully described in writing the process CRR would follow, including verification of soffit intake, highly engineered peak exhaust product, and options for shingle material and prices. Our Condo Board compared the material, process, warranty and pricing of (3) respected contractors. We also compared material, install process and pricing for full gutter & down-spout replacements. In January 2023 we selected CRR and confirmed spring 2023 start dates for (3) buildings. CRR followed up in April and conducted a detailed walk thru with our Board and the CRR project managers that would be on-site every day. From start to finish CRR did what they said they would do .. all (3) buildings complete roofs and gutters completed in 3-weeks. No short cuts & no unexpected add-on costs. The Board and our Owners are totally impressed and satisfied with the roof and gutter products, the CRR crew & their workmanship. CRR clean-up was also excellent. We will definitely include CRR in the proposal process for additional buildings in 2024.
